What we collect
During pre-launch, the basket uses local storage. Owner sign-in uses email authentication. Checkout fields are a preview; contact messages and newsletter subscriptions are not sent or saved. The final data-collection notice is awaiting review.
How we use it
Current processing supports the preview basket and owner sign-in. Before launch, the purposes and lawful bases for orders, fulfilment, enquiries and optional marketing will be documented.
Payments
Payments are switched off and no card details are collected. Before launch this section will name the payment provider and how it processes payment data.
Cookies and local storage
This site's own code sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Your browser's local storage keeps your basket and, for the owner, the sign-in session; both are strictly necessary for features you use. Our hosting provider may set technical cookies needed to deliver the site. Any future non-essential cookies will be listed here and only used with your consent.
Sharing
The reviewed policy must identify authentication and hosting services and any future payment, email and fulfilment providers before they process customer orders. Supplier ordering remains disabled.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will respond within one month.
Retention
Retention periods for authentication and any future customer, order and marketing data must be confirmed before launch. No newsletter list is currently being collected.
